– Communicate technical concepts clearly in both verbal and written forms, including authoring technical papers for cable industry conferences.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications architecture and engineering.
– Expertise in access technologies, including **HFC DAA**, **DOCSIS**, and **PON**, with proficiency in system architecture and testing.
– Skilled in creating system requirement documents, design documents, migration strategies, strategic roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts.
– Deep knowledge of **RF technology** and **DOCSIS PHY specifications**.
– Proven track record of leadership and innovation, evidenced by technical publications and granted patents.
